Newark, DE – The Delaware State Police are investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred in Newark. On Tuesday morning, a silver 2014 Toyota 4Runner and a white 2006 Cadillac DTS collided at an intersection.
The driver of the Cadillac, a 61-year-old man from Newark, was fatally injured and pronounced dead at an area hospital. The driver of the Toyota, a 22-year-old man, escaped without injury.
Authorities closed the roadway for about 4 hours to investigate and clear the crash scene.
