Baltimore, MD — Police are investigating a double shooting that occurred in the Southern District on Thursday evening.
At around 5:17 p.m. on June 27, officers patrolling near South Hanover Street and East Patapsco Avenue discovered a 19-year-old female with multiple gunshot wounds in the 100 block of Pontiac Street. While canvassing the area, officers found a 22-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound near the intersection of South Hanover Street and Pontiac Street. Both victims were transported to a local hospital and are listed in stable condition.
Southern District shooting detectives have taken control of the investigation.
