WASHINGTON, DC — A dog was stolen during an armed robbery in Southeast on Monday night.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., the victim arranged to sell the dog in the 2800 block of Texas Avenue, Southeast. During negotiations, the buyer brandished a handgun and fled on foot with the dog.

The stolen dog is a 9-week-old female American Bully with black and white fur and no collar.
