Governor Murphy Flees U.S. for Overseas Trip

TRENTON, NJ – Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy have a busy schedule ahead, starting with their travel to Utah on the evening of Wednesday, July 10, for the National Governors Association’s Annual Summer Meeting.

Following their commitments in Utah, the Governor and the First Lady will depart on Friday, July 12, to Germany in collaboration with Choose New Jersey.

Their international visit aims to foster relationships and promote economic opportunities. They are scheduled to return to New Jersey on Tuesday, July 16.

During their absence, Lieutenant Tahesah Way will serve as Acting Governor, ensuring continuity of leadership and governance in the state.
