OCEAN CITY, NJ – The Humane Society of Ocean City invites dog lovers to join in the fun at the annual HSOC “Howl-O-Ween” Parade on Saturday, October 26, 2024. This delightful event, starting at 3:00 PM, encourages both pets and their owners to dress up in zany Halloween costumes and parade down the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk from 6th to 14th Street.

Registration for participants opens at 2:00 PM at the Sports & Civic Center, setting the stage for a lively afternoon filled with costumed pups and their humans.
