by Breaking Local News Report

Township of Ocean, NJ – Township of Ocean police officers responded to multiple reports of residential burglaries throughout August. On August 6th, officers were dispatched to Highwood Road, where victims reported that multiple subjects entered their home overnight, stealing items valued at over $20,000.

Later, on August 23rd, officers responded to another burglary on Parker Avenue. In this incident, the victim’s vehicle was stolen by unknown suspects from the street outside the residence.

A few days later, on August 26th, officers revisited the Highwood Road address for a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, several subjects fled. The residents indicated that the burglars entered while they were asleep, although nothing seemed to be taken. Authorities suspect the home was targeted because of luxury vehicles in the driveway.
