HARTFORD, Conn. — A Hartford resident is celebrating a $25,000 win after playing the Connecticut Lottery’s Play4 game.
The winning ticket was purchased on Oct. 22 at Congressman Package Store, located at 942 Maple Avenue in Hartford.
The Connecticut Lottery confirmed the significant prize from the popular Play4 game, which allows players to select four-digit combinations for a chance to win various prize levels.
