Annapolis Man Wins $250,000 Lottery Jackpot

by Breaking Local News Report

Annapolis, MD – A resident of Annapolis won a top prize of $250,000 with the $10 $250,000 Cash Winfall scratch-off ticket from the Maryland Lottery. The winner, a regular player in his mid-20s, collected his winnings at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.

The winner expressed that the prize is a “life-changing amount” and a “nice jumpstart” to his life. He has shared the news only with a few family members and a friend. Keeping the win private, he has not yet decided how to use the prize money but hopes to better his life.

The winner’s belief in the possibility of winning was reinforced when he completed the prize claim paperwork at the headquarters. He intends to continue playing the Lottery occasionally.

Quick Mart, located at 900 West Street in Annapolis, will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The Cash Winfall game, introduced in February, still offers one more top prize, as well as three $10,000 prizes and smaller prizes ranging from $20 to $1,000.
