Ohio Lottery player strikes it rich with $75K jackpot in Lorain

LORAIN, OH — A lottery player in Lorain struck it big, winning $75,490 on the Ohio Lottery’s EZPLAY® Progressive Jackpot game, Ohio Jackpot 7’s.

The winning ticket was purchased at Rainbow Bakery, located at 2901 Pearl Ave in Lorain, according to lottery officials. After state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $54,352.80.

Ohio’s EZPLAY® Games are instant-play games generated at lottery terminals, offering players the chance to win significant prizes on the spot. Everything needed to play is printed on each game ticket, making it a simple and exciting option for players statewide.
