Hillside Police Investigate Abandonment of Dog at Animal Shelter

HILLSIDE, NJ — The Hillside Police Department is investigating the abandonment of a male Shih Tzu left tied to the stairs at People for Animals between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Wednesday. The dog was found wearing a green sweater.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the Hillside Police Department at 973-926-5800.
