Ocean County Man Sentenced to Four Years in Prison for Selling Explicit Photos of Children

TOMS RIVER N.J. — A New Jersey man has been sentenced to four years in prison after being convicted on charges related to child exploitation, according to jail records.

Luigi Mario Esposito, 40, was committed to custody on February 21, 2025, in Ocean County. He is serving a sentence for violating New Jersey statute 2C:24-4B(5), which pertains to endangering the welfare of a child by selling exploitative photos.

Esposito, who is listed as single and a high school graduate, has no known aliases or detainers. His projected release date is February 20, 2029.
