Lucky Connecticut player wins big on scratch-off

WATERBURY, CT – A lucky lottery player in Waterbury struck gold after winning $25,000 on a Charge Up scratch-off ticket.

The winning ticket was purchased at Labonne And Sons in Watertown.

The Connecticut Lottery has yet to release the winner’s identity. Players are encouraged to check their tickets and claim prizes promptly.
