Pitcairn Boro ticket wins $620K Match 6 jackpot at Allegheny County butcher shop

PITCAIRN BORO, PA — One lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is waking up $620,000 richer after purchasing a jackpot-winning Match 6 Lotto ticket at a small butcher shop in Allegheny County.

The winning ticket, sold for Tuesday’s drawing, matched all six numbers — 16, 25, 31, 34, 36, 44 — to secure the full jackpot amount, before applicable taxes. It was sold at Joe’s Butcher Shop, located at 502 Broadway Street in Pitcairn Boro, which will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The winner has not yet come forward, and Pennsylvania Lottery officials say identities are only confirmed once the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Match 6 Lotto winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

In addition to the jackpot winner, more than 23,100 other tickets won prizes in the same drawing. Players are reminded to check all tickets carefully as even non-jackpot prizes can hold value.

Match 6 Lotto tickets can be purchased online or at participating lottery retailers across Pennsylvania. For online purchases, winnings are automatically deposited into the player’s account once processed.

All players are advised to immediately sign the back of their ticket and follow official procedures for filing a claim, available at palottery.com.
