Community invited to meet officers and discuss local concerns at Beach Haven Coffee Roasters.
STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. – The Stafford Township Police Department will host a “Coffee with a Cop” community event Thursday morning at Beach Haven Coffee Roasters, offering residents an opportunity to engage directly with local law enforcement in Ocean County.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Beach Haven Coffee Roasters, located inside the AtlantiCare Health Facility at 517 Route 72 West. Officers from the Stafford Township Police Department will be on hand to speak with residents in an informal setting focused on accessibility and community dialogue.
Informal setting for community engagement
Police said the event is designed to create an open environment where community members can ask questions, share concerns, or simply get to know the officers who serve their area. Attendees will be offered free coffee during the event.
“Stop by for a FREE cup of coffee and conversation with members of the Stafford Township Police Department,” the department said in its announcement.
