NEW YORK CITY, NY – Police received a 911 call of a robbery in progress at 1619 Broadway on Thursday, around 12:26 am. Upon arrival, a 50-year-old male was found with a stab wound to the torso. The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue where he was pronounced deceased. The investigation remains ongoing.
The victim’s identity is pending proper family notification.
According to officials from the New York Police Department, the incident took place at the CVS Pharmacy situated north of Times Square at 1619 Broadway. A CVS employee is accused of stabbing a 50-year-old man in the torso, as stated by the police.
Scotty Enoe, a 46-year-old male from Brooklyn, was arrested in connection to the case. He is now facing charges for murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He was identified as the CVS employee.
