NEW YORK CITY, NY – An off-duty city employee was apprehended on charges of assault in a recent incident within the 75th Precinct.

Michelle Molette, a 58-year-old Special Officer for the Administration for Children’s Services, was arrested at 2:33 PM on Monday. Facing assault charges, her case has become a notable instance of legal action against city employees.
