WASHINGTON, DC – A Southeast D.C. woman was arrested after allegedly burglarizing a local business. Detectives from the First District reported the arrest following the incident that occurred early on Thursday at around 4:45 AM.
The burglary took place in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast. The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Ebony Johnson-Bey, was apprehended by police as she exited the business, which she had forcibly entered, triggering the alarm. Johnson-Bey has been charged with Burglary Two.
