The winning Aces and 8s Ohio Lottery ticket was purchased at Plain City Marathon, located at 525 West Main Street. The player matched the top prize, securing a $150,000 win.
After required federal and state tax withholdings totaling 26.75 percent, the winner will receive $109,875.
The Aces and 8s game is a $5 scratch-off that offers players the chance to win up to 15 times on a single ticket. As of Monday, lottery officials said seven top prizes of $150,000 remain unclaimed.
The Ohio Lottery reported it has contributed more than $34 billion to education since its inception.
