Toms River, NJ – The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit-Vehicular Homicide Squad, Toms River Township Police Department, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit are investigating a fatal pedestrian strike that took place on Saturday evening at around 8:25 p.m. near Route 166 and Hilltop Road in Toms River Township.
