Severn, MD – Anne Arundel County Police Department reported an incident involving a suspicious person with a weapon in Severn. The victim, a juvenile male, was approached by two suspects, one armed with a handgun, who then proceeded to chase him and a second juvenile victim who reported a similar encounter.

The investigation by Western District Detectives led to the identification of a 14-year-old male suspect believed to be armed with the handgun.

A search warrant at the suspect’s residence on the following day uncovered the weapon, and charges were filed against the suspect.
