Brooklyn, NY – A Kings County man just secured a lifetime payout after scratching off a $10,000 A Week For Life ticket worth $10 million, opting to claim the massive prize in a lump sum totaling over $4.3 million.
Marc Klein of Brooklyn hit the jackpot on the New York Lottery’s $10,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game, which guarantees winners a minimum of $10 million. He purchased the winning ticket at NO7 Grocery, located at 6102 18th Avenue in Brooklyn.
Klein elected to receive his winnings in a one-time lump sum payment of $4,372,060 after required withholdings.
As of now, three top prizes remain unclaimed in the game. The $10,000 A Week For Life ticket is one of the New York Lottery’s highest-paying instant games.
The lottery ticket is part of a scratch-off series that contributed to more than $4.3 billion in total sales during fiscal year 2024–2025. Of that, $1.4 billion went to support public school districts across the five boroughs through Lottery Aid to Education funding.
