Man Charged with Assault on Elderly Woman on Indian Rocks Beach

Pinellas County, FL – Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of 44-year-old Timothy James Graham, Jr., following an attack on a 66-year-old woman at Indian Rocks Beach. The incident involved Graham assaulting the woman from behind while engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior.

The sheriff’s office has charged Graham with multiple offenses, including Robbery, Battery on a Person 65 Years of Age or Older, Tampering with Physical Evidence, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness, and Exposure of Sexual Organs. This array of charges reflects the seriousness of the incident and the threat posed to public safety.

The arrest comes as a response to the disturbing event that took place on the popular beach area, raising concerns about safety in public spaces. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office has emphasized its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all residents and visitors in the area.
