HACKENSACK, N.J. — A Newark man has been arrested in connection with a series of commercial burglaries targeting Dunkin’ Donuts locations across northern and central New Jersey, as well as in New York, authorities said.

Enajaim E. Bowman, 24, was taken into custody on February 25 following a weeks-long investigation led by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Crime Reduction Task Force, the Hackensack Police Department, and multiple law enforcement agencies.

Between December 2024 and January 2025, Bowman allegedly broke into 14 Dunkin’ Donuts stores and attempted to burglarize another, stealing $18,267 in cash, $140 in gift cards, and causing an estimated $10,000 in property damage. Surveillance footage showed a lone suspect forcing entry, taking money, and vandalizing store interiors.

Bowman surrendered to authorities and is currently being held at the Bergen County Jail.
