EAST CANTON, OH — A Powerball ticket sold in East Canton turned a $50,000 win into $150,000 after the player added the 3X Powerplay in the January 29 drawing.
The lucky winner, who selected their own numbers, matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball to claim the prize. The winning numbers were 8, 12, 31, 33, 38, and the Red Ball was 18.
The winning ticket was purchased at Top of the Mark Drive Thru, located at 4135 E Lincoln St. in East Canton. The winner has 180 days to claim their prize.
The Ohio Lottery has been supporting education across the state since 1974, contributing more than $33 billion to schools.
