ROSLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y.— A third-prize-winning Powerball ticket, worth $50,000, was sold in Roslyn Heights for the Saturday, October 7 drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at Dakar Mart, located at 1 Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights.
The Powerball drawing is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., with numbers selected from a field of one to 69 and the red Power Ball drawn from a separate field of one to 26.
