Search intensifies for 79 year old missing from Capitol Heights neighborhood

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD – A 79-year-old woman disappeared from a Capitol Heights neighborhood Sunday morning, and Prince George’s County Police are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Dianne Jones was last seen in the 4100 block of Vine Street at approximately 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Jones is described as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 153 pounds.

She was last seen wearing an orange and pink sweatshirt, a brown leather coat, and tan sweatpants.

Police have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
