BALTIMORE, MD — Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information leading to an arrest and felony charges in the fatal shooting of Stephen Phillips, who was gunned down on October 20, 2025.

Phillips was shot and killed at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Cameron Road. Authorities have released his photo and are urging the public to come forward with any information that may assist in identifying and locating the suspect or suspects involved in the homicide.
