**West Goshen, PA** – Authorities have announced the arrest of two additional suspects in relation to the October 19th Wawa shooting in West Goshen Township. Zubair Bethea, 20, and Omar Beard, 31, both from Chester, Pennsylvania, were detained on Monday in Delaware County. They face charges including robbery, conspiracy, and possession with intent to deliver. Both suspects were arraigned by Magisterial District Judges, each receiving a bail set at $500,000, and were subsequently placed in Chester County Prison.
The incident, occurring at approximately 2:03 p.m. on October 19, involved reports of individuals fighting and shooting at each other in a parking area shared by a Wawa store and TD Bank. Witnesses depicted the suspects and stated that two individuals were seen with firearms. Surveillance footage disclosed a struggle over a black trash bag later identified to contain marijuana. **Claymont, DE** – Delaware State Police have arrested a 15-year-old girl related to a robbery at a Food Lion parking lot in Claymont earlier this month.
On the evening of October 3, at approximately 7:52 p.m., troopers responded to the robbery at 3609 Philadelphia Pike. A 78-year-old woman was targeted as she returned to her vehicle. One suspect seized her purse, causing a struggle that resulted in the purse’s contents spilling onto the ground, including her car key fob, which was taken by the suspects.
Detectives identified a 12-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old girl as suspects and secured arrest warrants. The two male suspects were previously apprehended last week.
On October 29, the 15-year-old girl was taken into custody without incident. She was charged with robbery and conspiracy and subsequently committed to VisionQuest Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond.

**Stafford, VA** – A juvenile was caught driving under the influence after attending a birthday party Saturday night.
On Wednesday at approximately 10:05 p.m., Deputy S.C. Steinway noticed a vehicle improperly situated near Brooke Road and Caroway Drive. A Kia was found stuck in a ditch. Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux arrived to assist and ensure the driver was unharmed.
The juvenile driver claimed the crash resulted from poor headlights. Deputies detected an alcohol odor and the driver confessed to consuming Twisted Tea. He was also found with a THC vape. When questioned about a designated driver, the juvenile showed unfamiliarity with the concept. Subsequent criminal complaints included DUI, underage possession of THC and alcohol, and reckless driving.
With Halloween approaching, the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office advises the public to arrange transportation if consuming alcohol. Additional patrols will be conducted to promote road safety during the holiday period.

**West Chester, PA** – The Chester County District Attorney’s Office announced the recent arrests of five individuals involved in the Bad Bunny Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO). David Arroyo, Miguel Jorge-Ortiz, Neil Perez, and Jose Guzman, all from Philadelphia, were apprehended on Thursday. Curtis Lake faces charges of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and other related charges, arrested on a later date.

Duo Arrested After Warrenton Traffic Stop
**Stafford, VA** – A traffic stop on Warrenton Road led to the detention of a 24-year-old woman from Woodbridge and a 27-year-old man from Fredericksburg on Tuesday at around 10:05 p.m. Deputy S.T. Myers stopped the vehicle near the Comfort Suites after observing a reckless lane change that caused another vehicle to take evasive action.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the male passenger exited and attempted to flee. Deputy Myers instructed him to stay, but the male fled on foot. While Myers remained with the driver, the description of the fleeing passenger was shared with nearby deputies.
Deputies, including First Sergeant D.W. Fetterolf, searched the area and found the suspect near Black Rifle Coffee. The male resisted detention and provided false identification twice. Deputies identified him as Tahj Ford using a neck tattoo.
Ford, wanted in three jurisdictions, was found intoxicated with controlled substances. He faces multiple charges and both Ford and the driver, Michaele Simms, were jailed without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail for outstanding warrants.
Man Arrested in Utica Stabbing Incident

**Akron, OH** – Members of the Anti-Violence Bureau conducted a traffic stop at E. Archwood Avenue and Lily Street just before 6:00 p.m. on Thursday for traffic and equipment violations. The 16-year-old driver was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Bicycle Delivery Driver Menaced with Handgun, Suspect Arrested in Utica
**Utica, NY** – Thursday, Utica police responded to a weapon possession and menacing incident on the 1000 block of Miller Street around 10:30 AM.
A bicycle delivery driver reported a confrontation with a man on a porch. During their exchange, the suspect picked up and threw a stick at the delivery driver.
Following the initial incident, the suspect returned inside his residence, only to come out pointing a handgun at the delivery driver, who contacted the police. Responding officers apprehended the individual and conducted a search of his apartment.
The search led to the discovery of a 9mm handgun. Lauren Smith, 24, of Utica, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second and third degrees, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Menacing in the second degree.

**Dover, DE** – Delaware State Police have detained James Thorpe, a 53-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, for his ninth felony DUI offense. The arrest occurred on Tuesday.
A trooper observed Thorpe driving a red Dodge Ram pickup truck at a high speed on Dupont Parkway near Marl Pit Road at approximately 4:14 p.m. The trooper stopped the vehicle and detected signs of impairment from Thorpe. Subsequently, the trooper conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Thorpe failed these tests and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Upon arrest, a computer check revealed Thorpe’s history of eight prior DUI-related convictions. He was then transported to Troop 9 for processing and charged accordingly.
Thorpe faced several charges including felony Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Suspended or Revoked, and Speeding. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and confined to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution with a $6,000 secured bond.
Senior Deputy Arrested Amid Investigation
**Bel Air, MD** – The Harford County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has confirmed that Senior Deputy Ryan Christopher Hall is under investigation by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.
