On October 27 at around 3:32 p.m., police responded to a vehicle theft at Christiana Hospital on Ogletown-Stanton Road. Troopers found the stolen Toyota Corolla near Cruz’s residence and apprehended him without incident. Cruz was charged with first-degree robbery, theft of a motor vehicle, noncompliance with bond conditions, and criminal mischief under $1,000.
