West Roxbury Officers Arrest South Boston Man on Firearm Charges
**Boston, MA** – On Wednesday, at approximately 12:45 PM, officers from District E-5 (West Roxbury) arrested Brendan Donovan, 45, of South Boston, on multiple firearm-related charges.
A detective on patrol observed a person on a scooter, who was carrying a duffel bag, run a red light in the area of Centre Street and Lorette Street. The scooter continued onto the sidewalk towards Temple Street and parked at 7 Spring Street.
The detective also noticed two masked individuals walking from the same location and tracked them as they met Donovan behind an unoccupied van in a parking lot. The detective and a beat officer approached the group, whereupon a firearm was seen in Donovan’s waistband; it was later identified as a less lethal CO2 firearm.
Additional officers arrived, removed Donovan from the scooter, and checked the duffle bag, discovering an AR-15 Camouflage Assault Rifle and a bag of Fentanyl. Donovan was arrested and will face several charges in West Roxbury District Court, including unlawful firearm possession and possession of class A substances.

Teaneck Police Report Early Morning Incident Involving Suspected Narcotics
**TEANECK, NJ** – Early on Friday at around 12:03 a.m., Teaneck Police Officers responded to a report of a disturbance near Glenwood Avenue and the Route 95 on/off ramp. Upon arrival, officers encountered an adult male outside a vehicle who directed them to a female driver inside. The driver, identified as Valeria Valencia, appeared to be distressed and in pain. Officers requested medical assistance from the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
During their interaction, Ms. Valencia’s behavior became erratic and aggressive towards officers. Observing her actions, officers noticed her concealing a plastic bag with a pink powdery substance in her clothing. This substance is suspected to be a controlled dangerous substance known as “tusi” or “pink cocaine,” typically containing Ketamine and MDMA.
Due to the nature of her behavior and the suspected narcotics, Ms. Valencia was arrested and taken to Holy Name Medical Center for evaluation. While being transported, she became violent, attempting to strike and kick officers accompanying her.
The aggression continued as Ms. Valencia kicked an officer in the chest and bit another, causing a finger laceration. The
