Suspect wanted for Christmas Eve Waffle House assault and robbery

COLUMBUS, OH – On Christmas Eve, at 3:26am, officers responded to the Waffle House at 2621 Brice Rd. on a robbery which had just occurred.The suspect approached the carry-out window and began ordering food. He reached inside the window and assaulted anemployee.

Approximately 5 minutes later the suspect returned and again approached the carry-out window. He was denied service at which time the suspect leaned through the window and punched another employee in the face. The suspect then stole the cash register. He was seen leaving in a black Chevy Tahoe.
