Burlington Man Arrested

Burlington, VT
– The U.S. Marshals and the Burlington Police
Department arrested a violent fugitive who was wanted for Unlawful
Restraint and Aggravated Domestic Assault. These charges were the result
of a violent incident that occurred on December 28, 2021.

Darryl
Hendrickson, 42, was arrested in Burlington Thursday afternoon after the
investigation led authorities to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
facility. Hendrickson attempted to elude law enforcement on foot but was
apprehended without incident. Hendrickson was taken into custody and
transported to Burlington Police Department.

Hendrickson has a
lengthy criminal history to include Domestic Assault charges in 2021,
2014, 2005, 2004, and 2000.
