60-Year-Old Beaten with Brick in Manhattan

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is searching for a suspect who beat a 60-year-old man with a brick in Harlem. According to video surveillance capturing the assault, the man was about to enter a vehicle when the black male subject approached from across the street and began beating the man with a brick, striking him several times in the head.

Before fleeing, the man brandished a knife and a second individual was seen picking up the black male victim’s belongings and recorded the incident on their phone.

Once on the ground, the suspect beat the man with his fists before fleeing.
