The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Person Gretchen Brown. It was at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 23XX East Cumberland Street that Ms. Brown was last seen by her daughter.
Brown is 81 years old, 5’0, 150 pounds, medium build and fair complexion, with hazel eyes and silver-white hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black Navy surplus pea-coat, a knit shirt, navy blue slacks, a red bucket hat, and denim slip-on blue shoes. In addition, she wears a pewter medical alert medallion around her neck with her daughter’s phone number on it.
