Burlington Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed at Gunpoint

BURLINGTON CITY, NJ – A Burlington City pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects last Friday. One of the subjects was arrested and charged. The other remains a fugitive.

According to police, at approximately 9:06 p.m., the City of Burlington Police Department responded to area of Armistice Road for a report of a robbery.

“The victim, a pizza delivery driver, was approached by two males on bicycles, who stated they had weapons, removed items from the victim’s vehicle, demanded money and fled the scene. Upon arrival, Officers observed two males matching the description headed towards Route 130. After a brief foot pursuit one subject was detained and later positively identified by the victim,” police reported.

Dana Usery, Jr. was charged with Robbery, Burglary, Obstruction, Theft and Criminal Trespass and lodged in the Burlington County Jail. The other suspect has yet to be identified.
