OXFORD, PA- On Sunday morning, Oxford Police officers were dispatched to the Unit Block South Third Street for a reported domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers found a female victim who stated that the suspect, Jorge Davila, 23, of Oxford, had struck her multiple times and had thrown her to the floor.
According to police, the victim did have injuries that were consistent with her statement. Davila was taken into custody a short time later and transported to Chester County Prison.
