On Thursday, July 28, Full Course CEO and Owner Lauren Fernandez and Restaurateur Coach Bryan Meredith will discuss how restaurant operators can evaluate and find the right technology to support operations. The discussion will range from costs to integration with operations, customer- and people-friendly solutions and measuring ROI.
Meredith is a seasoned entrepreneur with the rare ability to combine technical knowledge and common sense to understand highly complex projects and break them down so team members can work together to meet goals and objectives. He developed his technical skills at Engineering Tech School and Navy Nuclear Power School and currently works as a restaurateur coach. He is also part of the coalition advocating #restaurateur and the “5 Pillars of Success for Restaurateurs” strategy.
