NYPD Seeks Public’s Help to Identify Pelham Bay Park Robbery Suspect

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in a robbery on April 7, 2023, aboard a northbound 6 train at the Pelham Bay Park station in the Bronx.

The 48-year-old male victim was asleep when the suspect cut his pants pocket and removed his property. The victim woke up and confronted the suspect on the train platform. In response, the unknown individual sprayed the victim in the face with an unknown substance.

The suspect was last seen on a southbound 6 train. The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
