40-year old shot multiple times in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – Police in Baltimore are investigating an overnight shooting on Wednesday that sent a man to the hospital with multiple serious gunshot wounds.

At around 1:44 a.m., patrol officers from the Southwest District swiftly responded to a local hospital following a report of a shooting victim who had arrived seeking medical assistance.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 40-year-old male who had sustained apparent gunshot wounds, which appear to be non-life-threatening.

A further investigation revealed that the shooting took place in the 1200 block of North August Avenue, where officers had initially responded to a call regarding gunshots by residents in the neighborhood.
