WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C., Metro Police Department detectives are asking for help identifying a burglary suspect. The incident took place early Thursday morning at the 2000 block of West Virginia Avenue in Northeast., D.C.
Just after 1 am, the individual managed to gain access to the premises at the location. Upon entering, they proceeded to seize belongings before making a quick getaway.
A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspect. If you have any information about this incident, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The shooting remains under investigation.
