NEWPORT, VA – At approximately 2:21 PM on Wednesday, a man was captured by surveillance cameras removing money from the tip jar at Rick’s Cheesesteak on Jefferson Ave. The man immediately left the business after committing the act.
The Crime Line is encouraging anyone who recognizes the man in the photos to contact them at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip online at P3Tips.com or through the P3Tips app. All tipsters can remain anonymous and might be eligible for a cash reward for tips leading to an arrest.
