Suspect indicted in Hanover indencent assault case

LUZERNE COUNTY, PA – On Thursday morning, Robert David Logan Jr. stood before Magistrate Joseph Halesey facing a series of serious charges.

Logan, was indicted with one count of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, one count of indecent assault without consent, one count of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age, and one count of corruption of minors, is now remanded to Luzerne County Correctional Facility with bail set at $75,000.

Logan is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at Luzerne County Central Court on July 12. The Luzerne County Police Department asked anyone with information regarding this case to come forward.
