D.C. Shooting Leaves 44-Year-Old Man Dead

WASHINGTON, D.C. – 44-year-old Charles Antonio Stanton of D.C. was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in Northeast D.C. The shooting happened at the Unit Block of Patterson Street.

Just before 4:30 pm, police arrived at the location to investigate a shooting report. Police discovered the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
