Four Arrested in Buffalo Drug and Firearm Bust

BUFFALO, NY – A search warrant executed on last Friday, on the 100 block of Titus Avenue resulted in four arrests.

The Buffalo Police Department, in collaboration with the ATF and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, recovered a loaded handgun and quantities of suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, and heroin/fentanyl.

Nazir Binhuguley, Marlek Williams, Brandon Herbert, and Willie Hillman, all residents of Buffalo, were arrested during the operation.

The four were charged identically with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, among other charges.

The handgun recovered was identified as a Polymer 80 ‘ghost gun’ loaded with nine rounds. The investigation continues as all four remain in custody.
