Times Square Subway Station Groper Sought by NYPD

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public assistance to identify an individual related to a forcible touching incident that occurred on Wednesday, July 12.

As reported to the police, the incident took place around 9:40 am when a 24-year-old female victim was on a southbound 2 train nearing the 42 Street- Times Square subway station.

An unknown individual reportedly touched her buttocks and pressed his groin onto her. The suspect fled onto a southbound 7 train after the incident.

The individual is described as a male with medium complexion, roughly 50 years old, around 5’6” tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue t-shirt, tan shorts, and white sneakers.
