FREEHOLD, NJ – The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office announced the arrest of 24-year-old Kwalsky Narcisse of Neptune City on Thursday. Narcisse was involved in two separate shooting incidents in Asbury Park.

Narcisse faces multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree Attempted Murder, one count of first-degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and various weapon-related offenses. The charges stem from two incidents, the first of which occurred on October 1, 2021, near the Prospect Avenue Basketball Courts.

On May 11, Asbury Park Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue. Investigation revealed that Narcisse had been responsible for firing shots at an occupied home, using a stolen 2018 Kia Optima as a getaway vehicle.

Narcisse was later apprehended without incident by members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office or the Asbury Park Police Department.
