The good news is, you can get drunk on Dunkin’. The bad news for New Jersey is, for now, you will have to travel to New York to get it initially.
As reported by VinePair, Dunkin’ is collaborating once again with Harpoon Brewery to create this unique line of beverages. Together, they’re set to unveil Dunkin’ Spiked Iced Teas and Dunkin’ Spiked Iced Coffees. This comes after the successful partnership on the Dunkin’ Harpoon beer and receiving approval for the Dunkin’ Spiked product labels from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.
These flavorful beverages are flavored malt beverages, fermented primarily from sugar, giving them a sweet and satisfying taste.
Both the iced teas and iced coffees contain real tea and coffee, so they do have some caffeine. The teas contain between 15 and 30 mg per 12 oz serving, depending on the flavor, while the iced coffees contain about 30 mg per 12 oz serving. That’s less caffeine than a typical coffee, so you’ll get a gentle boost without the jitters.
These spiked beverages are not gluten-free since they contain a small amount of gluten-containing grain (malt).
Where can I buy Dunkin’ Spiked?
The Dunkin’ Spiked Iced Teas are shipping now, and the Spiked Iced Coffees will be available starting in September. They are launching in several states including Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, and New York, with more states coming in 2024 and beyond. However, these beverages will NOT be available in Dunkin’ restaurants, but you can find them in grocery stores, liquor stores, bars, and restaurants.
