FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick Police Department honored Officer Dawn Phillips today for her 15 years of dedicated service to the City of Frederick.
Starting her career as a dispatcher, Officer Phillips is now a key member of the FPD’s Special Operations Division – Directed Patrol Team. In addition to her patrol duties, she is responsible for planning the safety and security measures for numerous special events in the city.
Officer Phillips’ behind-the-scenes efforts have been instrumental in the successful execution of various festivals and parades in Frederick. The department extends its gratitude to her for her commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.
