Watch: D.C. Burglar Caught on Camera, Police Ask Public to Help Identify

WASHINGTON, D.C. – D.C. Metro Police are searching for a man who burglarized a business on 8th Street in Southeast D.C. earlier this month.

The incident occurred on October 11th at approximately 3:55 a.m. The suspect broke a front window to gain entry into the business, took money, and then fled.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect.

Authorities urge anyone who has any information about this incident to take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. This case remains under investigation.
