PORTSMOUTH, VA – On Monday around 3:30 p.m., a call to 911 reported a gunshot victim at 4109 Cedar Lane.
The Portsmouth Police Department confirmed that officers, upon arrival, located a 17-year-old male with gunshot injuries.
He was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment. Initial investigations pointed to a Blue 2019 GMC Yukon, which was spotted parked at 4211 Cedar Lane and was seen departing in an unidentified direction post the shooting.
As of Tuesday, just after 11 a.m., police confirmed that the said vehicle has been located.
